Apartment Ivan - Split

We stayed for 4 night and loved our stay. It was located in a very very nice area next to the center, lovely restaurants, and the square below,: D

For the price we paid, we got excellent value. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely lavender scent. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff, especially Andrea, were helpful and always available for any questions we had.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Hosts were helpful, even gave us room with a large comfortable bed. It was magnificent and stunning down onto one of the squares...

Excellent stay on our whole vacation. Having a fully furnished kitchen was an advantage. The staff was amicable at all times.

The location is great, just a short walk to the center, lovely restaurants, and the square, and we really appreciate the hostess for making our vacation extra special.

Title: Ultimate luxury with a side of noise. This classy apartment had all the bells and whistles, from free WiFi to a well-equipped kitchen. The beachfront terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffee - if I didn't mind the constant noise of planes taking off and landing right next door.

Who needs a peaceful escape when you can have a front-row seat to all the airport action? Noisy planes provided the perfect soundtrack to my vacation.

Great location, right in the heart of the old town. It was convenient to have restaurants nearby. the apartment was well-equipped and comfortable.

The lack of lighting on the stairs made it difficult to see in the evenings. It would have been helpful to have some directions for finding the apartment, as the old town can be confusing to navigate.

The location is marvellous and stunning, not far from the beach and the city center, yet quiet and perfect. With a view down onto one of the squares, it's just perfect.

Communications with him were excellent throughout our stay. the apartment itself is beautiful and extremely well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Its location next to the Palace is amazing, and there are lovely restaurants just downstairs in the courtyard. This was perfect for us, especially when we arrived late. we highly recommend this apartment and its hosts, Ivan and Andrea. Cons: Nothing - it is perfect! 👌.

From the moment I arrived and got a little lost, he was there to guide me and make sure I settled in comfortably. The apartment itself was beautifully updated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the lively square with restaurants and shops just steps away. While there were a few minor inconveniences, like the small bathroom and faulty washer, the overall experience was fantastic. Ivan's communication and attention to detail made my stay special. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Split.

The bathroom in the apartment, although cleverly designed, is quite small, which may be inconvenient who prefer more spacious facilities.
